  • Any modifications made will be obligatory for all Customers and Resellers.

Terms & Conditions:

General:

  • Customers and Resellers must only use our services for lawful activities.
    Unlawful use, especially those violating U.S. laws, Illinois state regulations, or any
    other relevant jurisdictions, is strictly forbidden.

Prohibitions:

Users must not:

  • Transmit content violating copyrights, trademarks, or any rights.
  • Share defamatory statements.
  • Breach or attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks (hacking).
  • Disrupt any user, host, or network’s service (denial-of-service attacks).
  • Knowingly spread malware or viruses.
  • Send emails to unwilling recipients.
  • Dispatch unsolicited bulk emails (spam).
  • Post repetitive messages across multiple forums (spamming).
  • Forge digital communication headers.
  • Send emails on behalf of another without proper authorization.
  • Disseminate chain or harmful emails.
  • Overburden our network with excessive data.
  • Utilize IP multicast without our approval.
  • Misrepresent or impersonate any entity or individual, including us.

Third-Party Networks:

  • Linking to global networks is permitted if users adhere to their respective usage policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Users are accountable for any activity on their connection, regardless of who is using it. All WUP provisions that apply to them also apply to any person using their connection.

Our Rights:

  • We can remove any violating content and may suspend or end services for any user infringing this WUP.

Coverage:

  • This WUP covers all internet-based mediums and any other internet application.

Dial-Up Users:

  • Ensure you use local dial-up numbers to connect. We aren’t responsible for any long-distance charges.
  • Dial-up is meant for individual users and immediate family. Concurrent log-ins can lead to account suspension or termination.

Billing:

  • Credit cards will be charged automatically. If a charge fails, users will get a 15-day grace period to rectify. Accounts unpaid post this will be deleted, including emails. We don’t monitor for inactive accounts, so users must inform us of discontinuation and will be charged until the end of the billing cycle.

Data Access & Cooperation with Authorities:

  • We might access and share user information to comply with laws or to safeguard our operations and partners. We’ll support law enforcement inquiries and may disclose suspected unlawful activities.

Investigation:

  • On suspicion of WUP violations, we reserve the right to probe, which might involve checking our servers or gathering user details. During this, the implicated user’s services might be halted, and violating content may be removed.
