At INTISK, we prioritize transparency and fairness in all our web design and development agreements. Given the substantial time, effort, and resources required for these projects, our refund policy has been structured as follows: 

  1. Cancellation Within Three Days of Signing the Contract
    Clients who choose to cancel their agreement within three days of signing will receive a full refund of the deposited amount. 
  2. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
    If a project is cancelled after work has started, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on the progress made at the time of cancellation.
    For instance, if a project with a four-week timeline is cancelled after the first week, 25% of the total project cost will be charged.
    The refund will depend on the deposit paid by the client.
    For example, if a client has paid 50% of the total project cost as a deposit, only 25% of the total project cost will be refunded. 
  3. For Projects Close to Completion
    No refunds will be issued for projects that are 80% or more complete.
    The client will also be required to pay any remaining balance of the project cost as per the agreed terms. 
  4. Delays or Holds Initiated by the Client
    Refunds are not applicable if a project is delayed or placed on hold at the client’s request.
